Osaka University of Health Sciences will open in April 2026. Located in downtown Osaka, the university boasts excellent accessibility, with a 15-minute commute from Tennoji Station. With a class size of 40 students per year, the university provides a personalized educational experience where both faculty and students get to know each other well. Clinical training sites are secured within a 45-minute radius of the campus, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.

Leveraging our strengths as a comprehensive university, we aim to cultivate professionals equipped with solid nursing skills capable of providing advanced medical care and responding to health crises during disasters within a state-of-the-art medical environment. Our goal is to develop “Kindai Smart Nurses” who possess a warm, compassionate heart that respects others, as well as the knowledge and skills to make calm judgments and take appropriate action.
Nippon Medical School, Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences, Department of Nursing
Nippon Medical School, with a history spanning more than 150 years, established its Department of Nursing in April 2026. Building on over 100 years of experience in nursing education, the department trains high-quality nurses and public health nurses with strong character through cutting-edge practical training utilizing technologies such as VR, as well as close collaboration with affiliated hospitals, including the adjacent Musashi-Kosugi Hospital.
