Public Comment Period

In preparation for submitting a petition to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, and the Liberal Democratic Party’s Subcommittee on Nursing Issues, among others, we are establishing a feedback portal on the Association’s website to gather a broader range of opinions from member schools.

Drafting a Request Letter

Given that private universities account for approximately 70% of nursing colleges and the significant responsibility they bear for nursing education, we will draft a petition that incorporates the rationale for the existence of private nursing colleges into our policy recommendations.

Cooperation with Related Organizations

We will continue to participate in the Committee on Higher Education Policy and the APN Grand Design Committee of the Japan Association of Nursing Universities, and we will work toward the development of our association by exchanging information and opinions with relevant organizations.

Published in the Education and Academic News

It will be published in "Networking," an educational and academic newspaper published by the Association of Private Universities in Japan.
