(1) Workshop for new faculty members "What is University Education?
Objective: To learn about the basic concepts that faculty members of private universities need to know, curricula, and the background and current situation leading up to the reform of the Private University Law.

(2) Workshop on Urgent Issues "Practical Educational Support for Students with Special Needs in Nursing Colleges
Objective: To learn about the characteristics of nursing students with developmental disability tendencies who require special support and the actual practice of specific educational support, and to obtain suggestions for improving the abilities required of faculty members.
Speaker: Yukimi Nishimura, former Associate Professor, Health Management Center, University of Toyama (tentative)

Main survey questions: What information would you like to obtain during the hiring process and the scope of information that is permissible to collect?
