Theme: “Toward Effective Student Recruitment”
Purpose: With the population of 18-year-olds continuing to decline, student recruitment at nursing universities remains a critical issue. This year, we will learn from the Japan Nursing Association’s initiatives, which focus on outreach to middle and high school students. We will also hear presentations on specific examples from various universities, including high school-to-university collaboration efforts and practical public relations activities using social media, to provide member institutions with insights for developing concrete strategies for effective student recruitment.
