1. Proposing concrete measures to clarify the challenges facing the institution as a private university, as well as specific challenges in nursing education and research, and to define future directions, with the aim of strengthening the institution’s role and functions
FY 2026 Activity Plan
To strengthen the role and functions of this association, we will identify the specific challenges faced by private nursing universities and propose a direction for future strategies.
Incorporating and Reorganizing SWOT Analysis Findings into the Business Plan
We will incorporate the key findings of the SWOT analysis conducted in fiscal year 2025 into the list of business activity plans, review the Association’s activity plans in light of future prospects, and reorganize them. As necessary, we will jointly discuss how to incorporate these findings into the activities of each committee.
Providing information and analysis to facilitate the efficient use of basic data on the operation and management of private nursing universities
Based on information provided by the Japan Private School Promotion and Mutual Aid Corporation, we will gather basic data on private universities (particularly private nursing universities), identify challenges in nursing education and research based on that information, and explore ways to strengthen the role and functions of our organization.
