In recent years, there has been a growing demand for “evidence-based practice and education” in clinical settings. Even though the necessity of this is widely recognized, there are likely those who want to re-learn how to incorporate it into their daily practice, as well as those who are wondering, “What exactly is evidence? How do I use it?”
Therefore, the JBI Otemae University Implementation Center is pleased to invite two panelists for a session titled “Project Management That Doesn’t Get Left Unfinished: Starting with Small Improvements on the Ward—Transforming Nursing Practice Regarding Pressure Ulcers, Falls, and Delirium.”In this event, we will introduce the basic concepts of EBP (Evidence-Based Practice) and project management, along with actual case studies. We will discuss how to initiate and sustain meaningful improvements—no matter how small—in clinical settings, and share the organizational mechanisms necessary to achieve this.
