Toward Effective Student Recruitment
summary
Objective.
With the population of 18-year-olds continuing to decline, student recruitment at nursing universities remains a critical issue. This fiscal year, we will learn from the Japan Nursing Association’s initiatives—which focus on outreach to middle and high school students—and hear about specific examples from various universities, such as high school-to-university collaboration efforts and practical public relations activities using social media. This will provide member institutions with insights to help them develop concrete strategies for effective student recruitment.
